Pink Arrow Arts

Scenes from the Stone Step project

Nine children participated in a workshop learning about color and design. Their designs will have be finished with the pouring of cement when the weather permits. Each child will have a stone to keep and one that will be placed in the community. We thank the local Montrose Lion’s Club for a grant thru the Endless Mountains Foundation.

Community challenge!

Pink Arrow Arts has received a $5,000 anonymous donation as a matching challenge for our community. As they say on NPR, your $$$$ will be worth double - your dollars will go twice as far.

Scenes from our 2019 Fundraising Concert

July 28, 2019 at the First Presbyterian Church in Montrose.

This year’s concert featured the Madrigal Choir of Binghamton, Bill Carter jazz pianist, and French horn music by Sarah, Emily & Casen Birchard.

As described by Bruce Borton, the artistic director, the Madrigal Choir will be singing of “love, longing and lechery”…singing about love: lost and found, true and not so true, along with the ups and downs of marriage. To add to the fun the Madrigal Choir was dressed in Renaissance costumes while they romp thru the joys and turmoils of love—and lust.

Does anyone really need another bag?

Of course not.

But what if it were a fabulous 35Pine bag that supports Pink Arrow Arts?

Well then, of course you need a fabulous bag created by artists that support the arts in our community.

For $12 you not only get a fabulous bag, you invest in our mission.

Stop by the Butternut Gallery

and get yours!

Thank you, Karen Farmer, for making this happen

Stone Wall Workshop with

Ken Ely

The weather cooperated and the 12 participants got right to work under Ken’s good guidance. A lot was learned…a lot accomplished.

Thank you Ken!

The Stepping Stone Project

Pink Arrow Arts, Inc.

Pink Arrow Arts, Inc. is a 501c3 charitable organization founded 2018. It will offer accessibility to the arts for all especially the young, elderly and under served among us who don’t often have the opportunity to access their own talents or those of others. Through instruction, demonstration and conversation we hope to add to the understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of the creative process. Creativity can be a powerful means of expression and empowerment for the individual and holistic for the community.

Pink Arrow Arts seeks to work with organizations involved in the arts in our county and beyond. If you are one of these organizations with an upcoming event please let us know and we’ll put you on our calendar.

We have received grants from the PA Council of the Arts and The Endless Mountain’s Visitor Bureau.
